With respect to any reverting restrictions:
Edits made solely to enforce any clearly established consensus are exempt from all edit-warring restrictions. In order to be considered "clearly established" the consensus must be proven by prior talk-page discussion.
Edits made which remove or otherwise change any material placed by clearly established consensus, without first obtaining consensus to do so, may be treated in the same manner as clear vandalism.
Clear vandalism of any origin may be reverted without restriction.
Reverts of edits made by anonymous (IP) editors that are not vandalism are exempt from the 1RR but are subject to
the usual rules on edit warring. If you are in doubt, contact an administrator for assistance.
If you are unsure if your edit is appropriate, discuss it here on this talk page first. Remember: When in doubt, don't revert!

A fact from Jihan Wu appeared on Wikipedia's
Main Page in the Did you know column on 27 September 2019 (
check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Describing Jihan Wu as famous for one event (inventing Bitmain) is like describing Mark Zuckerberg as famous for one event (inventing Facebook). Obviously Bitmain isn't as big a deal as Facebook, but it's one of the most important companies in the Bitcoin world. On top of that, Jihan Wu has become a widely-discussed figure in the Bitcoin world for his strong support for Bitcoin Cash, which doesn't have anything to do with Bitmain per se.

If you have any hopes of creating an article and keeping it, read
WP:GNG, and probably
WP:PRIMARY, and ideally links from those pages. Then make sure your article describes why the person is notable, and prove that notability with reliable references. The references are needed both to show that the person is notable and to verify the things you write about the person. Just writing a paragraph of "stuff you know" without links to verifiable sources is not acceptable, and particular when it is about a living person it will just get kicked back. Writing a paragraph without describing what makes the person notable can just be
speedily deleted; in this case it has been reverted to a redirect but don't push your luck or it may suddenly disappear entirely.

I'm always skeptical with Bitcoin people but a quick search indicated notability pretty quickly to me. Would definitely hope someone invests sometime incorporating the RS that are out there. Best,
