"Yun Tai Mountain is said to have a cascade of 314 meters in height, together with numerous smaller cascades, forming a natural miracle."

This is a TV tower-龙源湖电视塔.This tower has the function of information media and public leisure.
A website has this in their section "Revolving Restaurant in the towers":
http://www.360platform.com/jiaozuo.html
Is this existing? There is 1999 as the year, though the image seems to be only a illustration, not a photograph.
