it seems possible that he wasn't born in Beijing. See the discussion on the German page, where an editor refers to the intro to the German translation of his novel. There-in, the editor says, it is said that he moved to Beijing at an early age. On the other hand, online sites give Beijing/Peking as his birth-place, e.g., http://www.kosmix.com/topic/Lu_Jiamin and www.goodreads.com/author/show/590542.Jiang_Rong -. Can some-one find out which is correct? Kdammers ( talk) 07:44, 27 August 2009 (UTC)

Lü Jiamin → Jiang Rong – WP:COMMONNAME is the pen name not real name, just look at all the references. The article says: "Until 2006, only five people even knew his true identity; he never revealed his real name to the media... His identity finally became widely known in November 2007, after he won the first Man Asian Literary Prize; a photograph he had submitted to the jury, along with his real name, were published by newspapers all over the world." As for Jiang Rong (sport shooter), that article averages <0.25 page views/day, since it's a WP:TWODABS the author should occupy the primary topic with a hatnote for the sport shooter.
