I do not know how to cite sources. Sorry. There are many sources on the Internet, though. I would request that someone who has expertise in this area cite the sources.

I found sources at the Associated Press and United Press International, but there was a fee attached to viewing the entire document. Not having sufficient funds, I did not enquire any further as to the exact nature of the articles.
