@ SL93: -- While the article mentions that other schools in the 1960's were named in honor of Columbus, etc, it doesn't mention which Jefferson the Jefferson Elementary School District is named after. According to this Mercury News article, https://www.mercurynews.com/2020/07/07/horgan-thomas-jefferson-in-daly-city-in-2020-what-to-do/, the school district is named after Thomas Jefferson. Sadjesture ( talk) 17:02, 1 May 2023 (UTC) reply
