Leucocyte?

In the second paragraph of the section "Career", it was said he discovered the first "antigen-presenting leucocyte". Seeing how his breakthrough was on leukocytes (that is, white blood cells), is leucocyte a typo or some other sort of cell, considering how in the same paragraph there was a "leuco-aggluntinate" mentioned with prefix being "leuco-".
