As far as I can see, the only other Jay Foreman on Wikipedia is
Jay Foreman (artist) who isn't notable enough to displace the businessman, and may not even be notable enough to have an article here (see
WP:MUSIC). There is, therefore, no need to move any pages. A dab-link might be required if the musician's article is kept in the longer term,, but that's all. --
