According to the IMDb ( http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0355699/#writer), this is the same man who wrote or co-wrote the screenplays for Spread (2009), Paranoia (2013), and American Sniper (2014).
I have linked his credit mention in the two WP movie articles (named above) to this one but since Hall's last acting credit listed on IMDb was from 2005 (CSI Miami) and he has at least two notable films as a screenwriter I think this article needs to be retitled "Jason Dean Hall" (which is how he is listed as screen writer in the other two WP articles), the disambiguation link "Jason Hall" should be updated appropriately, and the "screenwriter" category attached to his article. Though I assume the current article name will redirect to the new one the Paranoia and American Sniper links to Jason Dean Hall should be updated too, I suppose. And then the article needs to be updated to reflect his screenwriting career, of course.
Since I don't know how to do the first step, I hope someone who does can get the process started. Thanks. — Blanchette ( talk) 20:08, 28 December 2014 (UTC)
He is credited as Jason Hall as a screenwriter. I have moved the page to Jason Hall (screenwriter), as that is the WP:Common name. - Gothicfilm ( talk) 20:52, 10 January 2015 (UTC)
