ad1) nope that's wrong, there's no such version regarded as legal in the
Federal Republic of Germany and switherland. Nevertheless it's legal to sell and buy the book in
Austria if a bookseller or an antiquarian bookseller has got one to sell.
The actual english version is a little single edged. Could be best to take the spanish version wich is very appropriate and translate it.
I can read spanish quite fluently, but I fear I'm not able to do a good translation into english. So I hope, another one takes the burden.
