If we want to follow the Wikipedia rule on article names (use the name under which the person is best known), this really ought to be at Ginger Lacey; I didn't even realize this article was about him until I read into it - I'd never even heard of 'James Harry Lacey' (and the BoB is an area of special interest to me)!
