Restored shortlist

The reason that this was a "compromise" between not listing any winners at all, is ridiculous. We list winners and shortlists on Wikipedia including many featured articles and lists. -- Green C 20:40, 27 September 2020 (UTC) reply

It's reasonably common for book awards, as far as I know: Folio Prize, International Dublin Literary Award, DSC Prize for South Asian Literature, The Hindu Literary Prize.
