Removed "and a direct descendant of the brother of President Abraham Lincoln." President Lincoln's only brother, Thomas, died in infancy in 1812.
Changed "US Air Force" to "US Army Air Forces" throughout -- General Lincoln retired in 1944, so he never served in the US Air Force, which was created in 1947.
