I am the author of this article. It was compiled from various sources, including, a "case study" for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) which I edited prior to submission and information made available to me by home builders, the development company and the local chapter of the Building Industry Association in my capacity as a freelance writer. Every attempt was made to keep the information in lines with a neutral point of view. The subject, on my opinion, is significant as it represents a large scale mixed use master plan developed under principles of New Urbanism and Traditional Neighborhood design. Very little I can find to bring up really. References are well formatted and of no concern. A well written piece. Placed on hold until the points above are addressed. Kosack ( talk) 11:09, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
