– Per WP:WIAN this is the name on the Ordnance Survey [1] [2] thus being consistent. Per WP:COMMONNAME the Gazetteer for Scotland [3] [4], Canmore [5] [6], Margaret Aitken, Ambaile, ScotlandsPlaces, Scottish MPA Project and Scottish Sea Kayak Trail. Although the names are tautological there are many other places that are also tautological, see List of tautological place names#Islands and per WP:USENGLISH this is acceptable. Even if the proposed titles weren't the best titles for these islands the new titles would avoid the need to comma disambiguate them per WP:NATURAL. HS uses "Island of Stroma" on page 513.
