Mercia, best as I can tell, was in the modern English Midlands, and an Anglo-Saxon kingdom. It bordered Wales, it fought with the Welsh, but I don't see how an Islamic-influenced coin in Mercia proves anything for Wales. MatthewVanitas ( talk) 18:33, 7 August 2012 (UTC)
