I deleted the reference to Philip's dislike of Isabelle being supposedly due to a homosexual relationship between Philip and Richard The Lion Heart,( who should have been refered to by his title of King Richard I ) as the author did not give any sources or citations for such a statement in an encyclopedia. The source I provided comes from Medieval Lands. One mustn't rely on sensationalised romantic fiction to obtain historical facts about individuals. jeanne ( talk) 11:56, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
I think the seals in the infobox should be replaced by an image of Isabella.-- Jeanne Boleyn ( talk) 09:11, 2 January 2011 (UTC)
On the reverse side of the second leaf into the book under the copyright notification reads...
"This is a work of fiction. The characters, names, incidents, places and dialogue are products of the author's imagination, and are not to be construed as real."
Sadly this makes me question the whole of this wikipedia entry.
I hope this information helps someone to amend it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.102.217.226 ( talk) 20:22, 20 July 2011 (UTC)

@ Jeanne boleyn:, I think you may have a source for Isabelle's birth date? I did not find a birth date on page 294 of the Bouchard source in Google Books. Eric talk 00:37, 18 April 2019 (UTC)
