Ipoh-Lumut Expressway is not a controlled-access expressway

Ipoh-Lumut Expressway should be merged and put under the Ipoh-Lumut Highway, as the so-called "expressway" does not meet all the requirements and standards of a controlled-access highway:-

  1. Access control - A highway is not qualified to be labelled as a controlled-access expressway if there are uncontrolled amounts of junctions, in addition to direct connection to properties.
  2. Grade separation - There is only ONE grade-separated interchange along the highway, and the rest of the junctions are simply at-grade intersections (signalised or not) - 113.210.134.185 ( talk) 05:25, 19 January 2014 (UTC) reply
