Speed?

Top speed submerged surely must be more than 15 knots. That speed is akin to 50s era diesel-electrics. 20 knots plus is more realistic, as it is closely related to 20knot 212A and 214. I am sure many modern diesel-electric (especially those with Lithium Ion batteries) are capable of mid-high 20s in terms of speed, but when that information will be de-classified is anyone's guess.
