The first paragraph is lacking any sources and only represents the British's point of view, and lacks details from the perspective of the Spanish, indigenous Cubans, and Afro-Cubans. I'm not entirely sure that Battle of Santiago de Cuba (1741) best describes the subject, as there was no set-peice battle during the campaign. British expedition to Cuba (1741) or British Invasion of Cuba (1741) might be more accurate. On top of that the text of the article seems to have been lifted directly from the various sources it qoutes, so it requires a complete re-writing.
