Well, you should still explain your edit, so the rest of us can see what you are doing. Also the first set of edits by
L doelman included another change, which I am going to make. The constituent national organisation of the International Scout and Guide Fellowship allow adults interested in Scouting even if they are not alumni. Also the term alumni is not used for former Scouts in many countries such as the ones I know, Australia and the UK. --

I have now done a carefull tidy up - corrected lists of countries, corrected references and so on. Let us use this as the base to improve. It needs independent references. --
