When I wrote the article for Orange County Convention Center, I noticed that the link here was still red. I found out why: the link pointed to "Orange County Convention Center (Florida)".
A simple mistake, but for future reference, Yahoo! points first to several links for Florida's Orange County Convention Center first and foremost. The Convention Center in Orange County, California, is the Anaheim Convention Center. Orange County, New York, doesn't even have a convention center. And I am unaware of any major convention centers in the other Orange County entities in the United States (this one would supercede them anyway). -- Kitch 17:03, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
From my personal experience, I felt that the length of International Drive was shorter than 14.5 miles. So I checked MapQuest. I used the boundaries of Oak Ridge Rd. and World Center Drive, which are the ones specifically noted in the article box at the top. Per Mapquest I measured from Prime Outlets to the Rosen Centre Hotel and then from the Rosen Centre Hotel to Caribe Royale (which is a little west of the I-Drive World Center Drive Terminus). I came up with about 11.8 miles. Taking into acct the extra distance from Caribe Royale to International Drive and possibly from Prime Outlets, 11.5 miles is a very good estimate. I would drive it myself to get an exact distance, but that might be considered original research, which is not permitted. Now if the extension is included, the 14.5 mile figure might not be far off, but it is definitely too long for the ending at World Center Drive. John ISEM ( talk) 01:19, 15 August 2011 (UTC)
