Final report is available in English - the ability to be fluent in Russian is not a requirement to be an editor here. You may not be aware that there is a RUSSIAN version of Wikipedia developed by Russian speaking editors that has many articles about the Holodomor. Information provided from another source other than International Commission of Inquiry. The assumption that the inquiry report is wrong is original research. The Soviet sources probably do not meet Wikipedia's requirements for reliable source. The Soviet sources do not have the reputation for fact checking and have the reputation of publishing inaccurate information Bobanni ( talk) 01:33, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
