The organization goes by three different names: German, French & English: Internationale Kommission für Alpines Rettungswesen IKAR, Commission Internationale de Sauvetage Alpin CISA, International Commission for Alpine Rescue ICAR. Since this is the English wiki, it seems like this page name should be the English version of the organization's name. Not quite sure how to implement that.
