Just to mention the existence of this particular centre for encyclopaedic purposes. I would appreciate it if you could give me advice on how I should write the article to avoid bias and any other neutrality issues. thanks

I can find newspaper articles that mentions the name of the centre several times by Home Sec Jaqui Smith etc. I should be able to find it by tomorrow. And as you say, the members of the centre is definitely notable, given that two of the people in the members have a wikipedia article written about them!
