Of a living Yukon wolf. Just having a pelt is kind of pathetic. Cliffswallow-vaulting ( talk) 10:20, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
This article doesn't need long details, as this "subspecies" is simply a synonym of C. l. occidentalis: northwestern wolf, place the biology, behavior, and relationships with humans details over to that article instead. Editor abcdef ( talk) 10:55, 16 March 2015 (UTC)
This "subspecies" is simply NOT a synonym of C. l. occidentalis according to Wozencraft in MSW3, and as this article is badged as being part of WikiProject Mammals then that is where we take our classification advice from, not the USFWS. Regards, William Harris • (talk) • 10:23, 16 April 2017 (UTC)
From my reading, it would appear that Canis lupus pambasileus is referred to as the "Yukon wolf" by Canadian authorities and the "interior Alaskan wolf" by US authorities, would this be correct? If so, then the lead needs to reflect this. Regards, William Harris • (talk) • 10:04, 16 April 2017 (UTC)
Before we start, I state that I am an Australian who has visited both Canada and Alaska, so I have no national interest in the following proposal.
Therefore, I propose a move of this article from Yukon wolf to Interior Alaskan wolf. I will wait a week to receive feedback from other editors. William Harris • (talk) • 11:00, 7 November 2018 (UTC)
Wolves and domestic dogs occasionally get "mad" or angry or in a "bad mood" especially when being hunted for sport by law enforcement officials or in similar situations --- but " rabies" and " distemper" as actual specific viral diseases are urban legends or wolf-themed Halloween scares propagated by students who have failed out of human medical schools. — justinacolmena ( talk) 05:38, 28 April 2021 (UTC)
The conversion is full of errors. 56.2 kg do not equals 111 lbs, 105 lbs isn't 52.6 kg, etc. To be revised Gimly24 ( talk) 23:29, 4 September 2021 (UTC)
