Gurvitz is an Israeli Journalist who is a regular contributor to the Israeli daily Calcalist [1], he has been cited by the Al Jezeera News Network [2], he has also been published in by the Israeli national news network Ynet [3]
The comments relevant to this article were published in both America and Israel on two online magazines specializing in commentary relating to the Arab/Israeli conflict. [4], [5].
I think there is more than enough here to justify the quote of his comments on the basis of significant minority opinion. The mention of his comment takes up only half a line in the context of 3 lines of text giving the majority opinion (as per Jpost Washington Post, and NYT). The organisation itself is given 5 lines which are quotes and referenced direct from their own website, so i don't think it can be argued that Gurvitz comments are given undue weight.
