There is a point about external links used inline. This is against Wikipedia's basic house style - see WP:ELPOINTS #2.
For example where it is written

and then the external link should be turned into a footnote with {{ cite web}}, as
The draft currently doesn't have a footer for references: it should be added at the bottom, as

On the content, there is some good referenced material. Some of the text should be revised to get the right Wikipedia tone, which is understated.
