You might notice also that the person who made it is very new to WP. I think it would be very helpful for you to spend time explaining what and why you've added all of the tags. Dumping all of those tags and making a quick comment like that is most unproductive.

I would like very much for this article to become a successful Wikipedia contribution concerning the documentation of public artworks. If you wouldn't mind providing a bit more information about the tags and how I can improve this article, I will gladly edit and omit things that are deemed inappropriate. I've read and reread the article, along with the description of the tags, and I remain unsure about what the exact issues are.
