Well, if there is consensus that changing it back to "far-right groups" would not make the wording too close to the source, then it can be done. I think it's obvious from context that the two are synonymous in this case: the difference as I see it is that "far-right" is generally (in clearly in the source in question) a
WP:EUPHEMISM for "racist", but "race" is less clearly relevant in this case than "immigration", so that is the paraphrase I went with. But if others disagree I'd be happy to accept the will of the majority. @

I've tweaked it and restored far-right. Far-right is fine as a descriptor. The issue was that the construction and the rest of the words were the same. Now it has a different structure and vocabulary.
