Rename to Ilchamus people?

I've seen quite a bit of recent archaeology/anthropology about this ethnic group, and the preferred spelling seems to be "Ilchamus." Would anybody object if I rename the page? Ninafundisha ( talk) 02:41, 7 May 2018 (UTC) reply
