Pronunciation

The article should probably make explicit that the pronunciation is /iːtʃəl, iːtʃliŋ/ (eetch, not ice or ick). I suppose this is clear to the reader who is aware that the name is in Old English orthography, but probably not to the prototypical "average reader". At least it is my understanding that this is the pronunciation, I do not suppose the name sees sufficient usage in Modern English to have acquired a "standard" modern pronunciation? -- dab (𒁳) 11:03, 8 December 2012 (UTC) reply
