The result of the move request was: no move. The proposed target or the use of "highly-cited" with a hyphen were opposed. The suggestion to capitalise "highly cited" or abbreviate to "ISI" did not generate any comments; so, editors may wish to re-open discussion on "ISI Highly Cited". [1]. It's often written as "ISI Highly Cited" or "ISI highly cited" or even "ISI highly-cited" by third parties
[2], but ISI is never expanded
