Should the title be iPhone 7?

Is Mirror.co.uk reliable source? Because this link shows that the headphone jack is ditched and only wired headphones that fit into Lightning Port jack will fit or using wireless headphones. Qwertyxp2000 ( talk | contribs) 03:40, 8 September 2016 (UTC)
I am requesting an image of and iPhone 7 and an iPhone 6 with comparisions of the missing headphone jack. That is to further reinforce the missing headphone jack stuffs. Qwertyxp2000 ( talk | contribs) 03:48, 8 September 2016 (UTC)
Maybe I'm crazy but shouldn't the timeline of all models only appear in the main iPhone article? This is an article about the iPhone 7, there is no reason to have information about the release date of the iPhone 4/4S/etc in this article. That kinda thing either belongs on iPhone or something like iPhone model comparison. EoRdE6( Come Talk to Me!) 14:59, 8 September 2016 (UTC)

Replace "ion particle bath" with "iron particle bath."
(The 'design' video shown at the launch event clearly shows magnetized iron particles changing shape as a magnetic field is applied. Then the iPhone 7 chassis are moved through the particles to polish their surfaces. It is likely that "iron" was heard as "ion.")

The article does not mention face-color. I went to the Apple-Site and it does not mention face-color either, but it has a picture with the stupid white face.* When we have written confirmation, we should add that the phone comes in white and black faces.
Apple has declined to post first weekend pre-order sales for the iPhone 7 because sales are determined by supply and not demand thus making the pre-order sales irrelevant for shareholders. — Preceding unsigned comment added by IApplereviews ( talk • contribs) 00:50, 12 September 2016 (UTC)
According to a recent report by The Verge, the headphone jack of the iPhone 7 was replaced by a Barometric bent. Yoshiman6464 ( talk) 17:03, 16 September 2016 (UTC)
I do miss the image of the double camera thing. But I do realise that there was no copyright statements on the double camera image. So I was just wondering how to make an image of an iPhone 7 with iPhone 6 of camera comparisons without risk of it being deleted by lack of copyright statements? This article makes the false claim that the iPhone 7 is behind the S7 in terms of camera. The only advantages the S7 have are in autofocus and low-light. The iPhone 7 camera is far ahead in every other way. 97.103.155.112 ( talk) 23:19, 5 October 2016 (UTC)

I think that the statement that the camera lags behind other smartphones is ambiguous. It should mention that we are referring to low light.

112.134.82.162 ( talk) 16:42, 10 October 2016 (UTC) The iPhone 7 isn't splash resistant. It distorts sounds from its speakers after water tests.
iPhones originally used a switch for muting the ringtone. The iPhone started using software for controlling the ringaudio, but kept the physical switch. Not only was these redundant, but experienced users would forget that the switch exists and many new users do not know that the switch exists. These switches often get accidentally flipped. The result is that AppleStores and AT&TStores would get endless walking of people with "Broken" iPhones which do not ring anymore. This raises a question:
¿Does the iPhone 7 have this useless switch which gets flipped accidentally, leading to missed calls and people believing that their phones are broken? or ¿did Apple take advantage of the redesign for removing the headphone jack for saving money to remove the hated switch?
The article should mention whether or not Apple removed the thing people actually want to remove. If someone knows, we should add that to the article — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.102.233.65 ( talk) 12:03, 16 October 2016 (UTC)
Apple made users mad by removing the headjackport for saving money, thus angering millions of users by reducing utility. If Apple would have removed all of the ports and the silentswtch and used inductive charging, BlueTooth for backing, and BlueTooth up to computers, that would be bold, and people would laud Apple for making a technological leap. Instead, Apple did it half-arsed and removed 1 port thus, inconveniencing users, but one still must charge and backup over USB. We should mention that people are upset over the inconvenience and half measure, instead of going all in with a portliness phone using induction for charging and BlueTooth for backing up and headphones. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.102.233.65 ( talk) 12:18, 16 October 2016 (UTC)

Since there are so many release dates and countries of the iPhone 7, do you reckon it would be necessary to make a which-country-released-at-what-time diagram? Hi @ KamranMackey: Thank you for your edits! I understand your concern about the foreign sources used for the release dates of the iPhone 7 in Brazil and Philippines. However, as far as I know, there are no guidelines restricting the use of foreign-language sources for information. Furthermore, as you said you discovered, the Philippines source is English by default, and if you use the Google Chrome web browser with Google Translate webpage translation enabled, you can easily see that it translate the Brazil source to state November 11. I'd argue that it's quite easy to tell even without Google Translate, as "11 de novembro" isn't *that* far-fetched from November 11. :) LocalNet ( talk) 23:30, 27 February 2017 (UTC)
The quotation from Nikkei as it now goes: ...but that the new models still suffer from "more sluggishly [sales] than expected" is awkward. The source would be better quoted if you said: ...but that the new models had "sold more sluggishly than expected".

The 7 Plus is different enough from the 7 that it deserves its own page, the most prominent difference being that unlike the 7, the 7 plus has 2 cameras. If the iPhone 5C gets it's own article despite being an experimental phone with the main phone being the iPhone 5S, the 7 Plus should also get it's own article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by UltraUsurper ( talk • contribs) 11:41, 15 June 2020 (UTC)
I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of IPhone 7's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
