This page and IOOF_Lodge_Building_(Marlinton,_West_Virginia) appear to refer to the same building (NRHP #00000249). "IOOF_Lodge_Building_(Marlinton,_West_Virginia)" is a better (more precise) title. This article has more detail than the other one.

Cited coordinates in the other article (38°16′40″N 80°5′38″W) are in the middle of a farm, several miles north of Marlinton. Cited coordinates here (38°13′24.7″N 80°5′40″W) match the cited intersection.

I think that deleting this page, but moving its information to the other page (and correcting the coordinates), would be an improvement. Instead of redirecting from "IOOF_Lodge_Building" (a very generic title), I'll propose this page for deletion and fix the links.

Hi. Thank you for identifying the duplication. However I think that "IOOF Lodge Building" is a very generic term, which should be redirected to Odd Fellows Hall, which is explicitly defined as thedisambiguation page for places named "Odd Fellows Hall", "Independent Order of Odd Fellows Building", "IOOF Building", "Odd Fellows Lodge" and variations. Someone searching for "IOOF Lodge Building" would not expect to arrive at an article for the one in Marlington, West Virginia; they would expect to arrive at a disambiguation page. I think that "IOOF Lodge Building (Marlinton, West Virginia)" should be mentioned on that disambiguation page, and should be the surviving page out of the two.

I see that I created the article IOOF Lodge Building (Marlinton, West Virginia) in 2010 while User:Pubdog created IOOF Lodge Building in 2011. Pubdog did great work in general, and developed their article about this place more than I did in my version, but the right outcome would be to merge (i.e. mostly copy over) Pubdog's work into the more specifically named "IOOF Lodge Building (Marlinton, West Virginia)". And then redirect "IOOF Lodge Building" to the disambiguation page, and then look for any inbound links to "IOOF Lodge Building" and redirect them appropriately.
