Merge?

Fairly uncontroversial especially as the other one should never have been started as this was here. They are both poor but at least that one has a little more content, which is a start. Also I don't know the books, so I wanted to make sure this is the right name for the book - the cover uses "&" but it is worth checking the copyright information inside for the definitive name.
