As with most articles, this is still a work in progress; but I wouldn't call it "thoroughly incomplete". What do you think is severely missing? Also this article isn't "badly vandalized", it just needs better formatting. Feel free to help. -Roger ( talk) 17:06, 27 March 2008 (UTC) reply
Ouch! It seems that it was some problem with my internet connection that prevented the formulae from being displayed correctly. It doesn't seem to be in such a severe state now. I don't mind removing the stub label. Muxdevil ( talk) 18:21, 27 April 2008 (UTC) reply
