I added information I found about Hurricane Norman's wind speeds to this article - Hurricane Norman reached speeds of 120 MPH on September 3 off the coast of Jalisco, Mexico as well as some precipitation effects of the hurricane - Precipitation in the Rocky Mountains increased as a result of the hurricane. I added this information because I thought it would be useful to know for those looking at history of precipitation effects from hurricanes and other systems.
