I'm not sure why the title of this article was renamed the Hudson Waterfront. Although the term 'Gold Coast' is not used very often in common parlance in the region, it is a common real estate marketing name and several businesses in the area use the moniker, which cannot be said of the term 'Hudson Waterfront'. It has also become a commonly used term in guide books and reports by various news outlets. Although 'Hudson Waterfront' is a more descriptive term, I'm not sure it describes the particular area between Bayonne and Fort Lee. It seems like a more general term, of which the Gold Coast is a part. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.2.242.29 ( talk) 19:10, 13 January 2013 (UTC)
