Why should this article be merged? It's only part of a hurricane. -- Axeman89 (added by Deditos)
I find this quite confusing. The first one and three quarter paragraphs are about convenction cells rising through the tropopause, and thus contributing to (or even driving) global circulation. But then suddenly the last line of para 2 it switches to talking about the eye and eyewall (presumably of a hurricane/cyclone) - but hurricanes haven't even been mentioned up to here. Then the last para is talking only about hurricanes, and one in particular. What has the amount of damage caused by one particular cyclone (presumably in USA) got to do with the global circulation?
It would be much more understandable if the connection between these hot cells and cyclones was spelled out. Do you only get hot cells in cyclones? Do Cyclones only occurr in hot cells? Or can hot cells and cyclones exist independently from each other? Baska436 ( talk) 11:33, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
