These are just a few things that I think could improve this article that I might do over the week:

• Brief treatment of critical reception
• Clarifying details of plot
• Discussion of themes and ideas
• Filling in the genre attribute in the infobox
• Starting a ‘see also’ section – I vaguely recall hearing that Litt's King Death is similar to Hospital, so this might be one to include if that's true.
