The common law section was revised to remove the term "UK" as to avoid confusion between the United Kingdom, which is what is discussed in this article, as opposed to the Ukraine which is not discussed in this article. Because the term "UK" could refer to both, the section was edited to be more specific as to avoid the confusion in those whom may not be aware of the distinction.
