I suggest moving the article to History of electricity in Quebec in order to add the pre-1944 stuff, including Montreal Light, Heat & Power, Shawinigan Water & Power Company, the Beauharnois scandal, etc. There is a lot of potential there, and the move was made in French some time ago.
