Per this discussion, Dennis Brown ( talk · contribs) and I have agreed to start working on this article to make this a GA. Here are some things that Dennis mentioned:
My concerns here are that there is no history about it, but there is plenty of books about it. If we have sources, please post them here. Also, the lead section needs to be expanded to three-four paragraphs and a word of caution, we must be careful not to violate WP:NPOV.
