Reviewer: hamiltonstone ( talk) 02:01, 11 August 2010 (UTC) Generally excellent, neutral, stable and well referenced. I am not familiar with copyright issues etc in relation to coats of arms, but with that proviso the images are in order. Some terminology is a little inaccessible to a lay reader: reply

  • "was created the first Percy earl of Northumberland in 1377" - can this be put in plainer English, such as "was the first of his family / line to be made earl of Northumberland" or does this mean something else?
  • "presented his grandson to the king at Doncaster" - I assume this doesn't mean he gave him as a gift. What does "presented" therefore imply in this context?
  • "he was also involved in central affairs" - what is meant by "central affairs"?
  • "the majority rule of Henry VI." Why "majority"?
  • "was appointed member of the minority council of the infant Henry VI." What is a minority council?

It would be good to have these points clarified. hamiltonstone ( talk) 02:01, 11 August 2010 (UTC) reply

Thanks for your review. I've tried to clarify these things, let me know if this helps, or if there are still issues to be resolved. Lampman ( talk) 18:21, 13 August 2010 (UTC) reply
