I believe the article says he is the only one elected to two non-consecutive terms. Gray inherited the office from when a sitting governor died.

That would be accurate, but the fact is repeated twice in the article, in the beginning it says elected to non consecutive terms, but the second mention says only one to "Serve" non-consecutive terms. I will change the second mention to to say elected also. Thanks
