I am moving this part from the lead here: "He ran for reelection in April 2011, but after initially being declared winner the result was overturned and he was arrested." Other than the NPOV aspect of this, I am having trouble backing it up. From what I understand, there will be another election, right?

The statement is backed up by the source cited in the body of the article,
ThisDay. But it looks like either he appealed and won the appeal or re-ran and won the reelection, because his entry in
Nassnig shows him as the current senator. I may dig around and try to do an update with recent events.
