Just to pre-empt any queries regarding the disambiguation of this page, at the moment I've gone with (Lancashire cricketer) because of The Other Hannah Jones of Surrey and South East Stars. She was also born in 1999, so the preferable disambiguation is out. She does not yet have a page, but meets the notability criteria as she has played KSL and RHFT: hopefully I (or someone else) will get there at some point soon, and that page can be Hannah Jones (Surrey cricketer). If anyone has any better suggestions for disambiguation please feel free to move/suggest as I don't think including the team is the ideal way to do it, but I assume this way is actually the way anyone searching would differentiate between the two.
