Hammurabi lived from 1700 to 1650 BCE source: The Wall Chart of World History by Prof Edward Hull 1988 Barnes and Nobel ISBN 0-88029-239-3 He uses the short historical calculations not the medium or long. Several other historians agree, myself included.
