What do you mean "when the Royal Norwegian Air Force's Westland Sea Kings are not available"? What are they used for when the RNAFWSK aircraft are not available?

The resulting increased descent rate was attempted counteracted by the pilot by increasing to full power. How about The pilot attempted to counteract the increased descent rate by increasing to full power. Also, can you clarify what "full power" is? Some ambiguity here.
Hammerfest was the second airport to receive SCAT-I, a Global Positioning System-based landing system, when was installed in 2007. when it was installed in 2007, and can you provide any more information about this?
