I've never seen any suggestion that Jim Herd-era WCW were that booked ahead that they had a heel opponent for a babyface champion Luger for this show. There's no source and frankly I don't believe it. WCW's plan for the early 90s was always face Sting vs heel Luger for the World title in a back and forth feud - eventually Vader replaced Luger. More likely is that originally Flair was going to get the spot that went to Windham of getting double crossed by Hughes and Race and ending up as a babyface. 165.225.81.100 ( talk) 16:00, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
